淡水白鲳营养需要量的研究

摘　　要：本文报导用蛋白质梯度试验确定淡水白鲳最适饵料蛋白含量，用生长率为指标求得的结果为２７．２３一３７．４０％；结合蛋白质效率与生长率为指标求得的结果为３１．４２％。在此基础上设计正交试验，用生长比速结合蛋白质效率和饵料系数为评价指标确定每１００ｇ淡水白鲳对蛋白质、糖、脂肪、纤维素和无机盐的日需要量分别为１．５７ｇ、１．８９ｇ、０．３０ｇ、０．１０ｇ和０．２０ｇ。A protein gradual experiment was conducted to determine the optimumprotein level in diet of Colossoma brachypomum. The results showed that theoptimum protein levels in the diet are 27.23-37.40%by using a relativegrowth rate and 31.42%by using a protein efficiancy ratio togather withrelative growth rate.The daily requirements by the Colossoma brachypomumfor protein,caibonhydrate,linid,fiber and minerals are l.57g,1.98g,0.30g,0.10g,and 0.20g per l00g fish body weight,respectivly,by using specificgrowth rate,protein efficiancy ratio and feed conversion ratio as the biolo- gical indexes to assess the feeding effect.
