摘　　要：集群是呈现区域集聚发展的态势。“集群”对于区域图书馆网络建设具有重要意义。区域性图书馆网络化建设的关键在于区域内图书馆集群体系的构造和创新能力的发挥。图书馆及其创新模式的应用,创造了区域图书馆良好的创新氛围,推动知识和技术的转移扩散,提升区域图书馆的合作互动能力,促进区域图书馆规模效应的发挥。This paper, beginning with the research of cluster concept, analyzes the important meaning of cluster concept for regional library network construction and holds that the key of regional library network＇s construction lies in the formation of library cluster system in the region and the exertion of its innovative ability, and then it makes a preliminary study of the relevant mode.
