摘  要:目的分析肥胖儿童的甲状腺素、瘦素含量和骨龄的特点,探讨3者之间的相互关系,以便为儿童少年卫生保健研究提供理论依据.方法选择9~15岁单纯性肥胖儿童41例作为研究对象,按1∶1配对的原则选择体重正常儿童41例作为对照,采用放射免疫法检测血清甲状腺素、瘦素的含量,同时进行骨龄评定,比较2组间骨龄差异,并进行骨龄与血清游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)相关性分析.结果肥胖儿童的血清瘦素为(31.30±2.32)μg/mL,显著高于对照组的(6.88±1.23)μg/mL(P<0.01);肥胖组儿童FT3为(19.88±1.07)pmol/L,高于对照组的(16.83±1.13)pmol/L(P<0.05);2组间FT4差异无统计学意义.肥胖儿童的骨龄为(14.82±0.23)岁,高于对照组的(14.24±0.16)岁(P<0.01),且FT3与骨龄存在正相关关系(r=0.29,P<0.01).结论单纯性肥胖儿童骨龄大于同龄正常儿童,并且存在内分泌代谢紊乱(瘦素及FT3水平较高);FT3水平较高可能是导致肥胖儿童骨龄较大的因素.Objective To analyze the characteristics and the relationships of serum leptin, thyroxin and bone age, ond to provide theoretical bases for adolescents' health. Methods A total of 41 simple obesity ehildren aged 9 - 15 were taken as control, another 41 ones were taken as control according to the ride of 1 : 1. The levels of leptin and thyroid were detemfined by radio-inanunoassay ( RIA). The bone age difference of two groups was observed and compared. Correlation analysis and regression analysis were Condueted to study the relationship of FT3 and bone age. Results Serum leptin level was significantly higher in obese group ( 31.30 ± 2.32 ) μg/mL than in normal group ( 6.88 ± 1.23 ) μg/mL. FT3 level was higher in obese group ( 19.88 ± 1.07 ) pmol/L than in normal group ( 16.83 ± 1.13 ) pmol/L. No statistical differences of FT4 were found in 2 groups. Obese children ' s bone age was ( 14.82 ± 0.23 ) years, which was higher than( 14.24 ± 0.16 ) of control group years. FT3 had the positive correlation with bone age. Condusion In simple obese children, there are endocrine metabolic disturbances. The high levels of leptin and FT3 may be the reason of high bone age in obese children.
