摘  要:介绍了一种新型的有机硅酸盐半透膜剂BTM-2。通过钻屑回收率、泥球浸泡、抑制膨润土造浆、抗污染、抗温等试验及半透膜效率测定,评价了半透膜剂及半透膜钻井液的性能,有机硅酸盐半透膜钻井液具有高半透膜性能、强的抑制泥页岩水化膨胀、分散的能力、良好的抗钻屑污染能力和高温流变性。现场应用表明,该钻井液体系抑制能力强,防塌效果好,井径扩大率小,井径规则。A new organic silicate semi-permeable diaphragm agent of BTM-2 was introduced in this paper. Several properties of semi-permeable diaphragm drilling fluid were evaluated, which included cuttings recovery, contamination and temperature resistance and the efficiency of semi-permeable diaphragm. Results showed that this organic silicate semi-permeable diaphragm had an excellent semi-permeability, a strong inhibitive to hydration and swelling of the mud and shale, well dispersion, contamination tolerance and high temperature rheology. In-situ application showed that this drilling fluid had strong inhibitive and obvious anti-sloughing effect, the enlargement rate was small and normal hole was got.
