摘  要:纳米防塌润滑剂是一种乳液体系。室内实验和前期机理研究表明,纳米防塌润滑剂的抗温性能较强(达150℃);对聚磺钻井液体系的流变性能影响不大,稍有提粘提切作用;具有明显的润滑性能和粘土分散抑制能力和粘土膨胀抑制能力,即纳米防塌润滑剂能够增强体系的润滑性和井壁稳定性能。该处理剂在孤北古100井中进行了应用。结果表明,纳米防塌润滑剂可用于各种钻井液体系,特别是在复杂施工条件下,其对钻井液流变性能影响不大,能够充分保持防塌、润滑、油层保护的突出性能,提高钻井时效,具有较好的经济效益和社会效益。同时,文中对纳米防塌润滑剂的防塌机理和润滑机理进行了阐述。Namophase caving preventative/lubricant is a emulsion fluid system. Based on the laborotary tests and the ealier mechanism research, it has a higher temperature tolerance of 150℃ and little effects on the rheological performance of polysulfonate system and a bit improved effect on viscosity and shearing force, and also a significant lubricating property and a effective inhibitive to the dispersion and swelling of clay. That is to say that the namophase caving preventor/lubricant developed can improve the lubrication and wellbore stability. The result from the practical application in Gubei Gu-100 well showed that this namophase caving preventor/lubricant can be compatible with any conventional drilling fluid system. Especially, when the complicated operation, it had little effects on the rheology of fluid and still had such excellent properties as anti-sloughing, lubricating and formation damage control, and thus improved drilling efficiency and had better economic and social benefits. The mechanisms of anti-sloughing and lubricating of this agent were described respectively in this paper.
