蒸馏水和生理盐水浸泡术中污染器械灭活肿瘤细胞的实验研究

摘　　要：目的探讨蒸馏水和生理盐水灭活污染手术器械上肿瘤细胞的不同效果。方法对60例恶性肿瘤患者术中使用的器械随机分成A、B两组,分别用灭菌蒸馏水(A组)和生理盐水(B组)常温下浸泡5min,用细胞采集器(MILLIPORE)收集浸泡液沉淀物中的肿瘤细胞,经过涂片染色酒精固定后行细胞学检查。结果A组肿瘤细胞阳性者6例,且肿瘤细胞100%失活;B组肿瘤细胞阳性者9例,其中肿瘤细胞核膜完整,提示有一定的成活性。结论术中被肿瘤细胞污染的手术器械经蒸馏水浸泡处理后比生理盐水有更强的无瘤效果。Objective To explore the effect of killing tumor cells adhered to instruments during operation with distilled water and normal saline. Methods Instruments used during operation to 60 cases of malignant tumors were divided into two groups.. group A and group B, which were dipped into distilled water and normal saline respectively for 5 minutes in room temperature. Tumor cells were picked up with “MILLIPORE”for cytologic examination. Results Tumor cells were found positive on 6 instruments in group A and 9 in group B,but all the tumor cells were inactively in group A. Conclution Distilled water was more effective than normal saline on killing tumor cells adhered to the instruments.
