摘　　要：介绍了富士电机公司生产的7MBP50RA120智能功率模块的基本性能。给出了该模块在电力配电系统静止无功补偿装置中的应用。通过Matlab仿真和试验分析,验证了控制策略的可行性。试验表明,该装置可实现双向快速补偿,动态响应时间小于1/4周波。The basic performance of an IPM 7MBP50RA120 produced by Fuji Company is introduced. The application of this Module in D-STATCOM is presented. By Matlab simulation and experimental analysis, the feasibility of control strategy is proved. The experimental results show that this STATCOM equipment can realize bidirectional fast var compensation and the dynamic response time is less than 1/4 cycle.
