公益林生态效益货币化计量探析

摘　　要：论述了公益林生态效益货币化的两种方法及其应用,提出了当前公益林评价中存在的问题,建议在今后的发展中应建立一套科学合理的公益林效益评价指标体系,减小评估尺度,建立动态评估体系.Based on the theory of ecological benefit evaluation of non- commercial forest, two categories of evaluation methods and their applications were discussed in this paper. The problems existing in current corresponding studies were analyzed, such as the. complexity of evaluation, the inapplicable results of evaluation, the inadequate index system for the evaluation, too many static evaluations but very few dynamic evaluations. It was suggested that a scientific evaluation system with a series of rational indexes should be set up, the evaluation scale should be reduced, and dynamic evaluation system for non- commercial forest should be established in the future.
