摘 要:电子样机技术可以系统应用于油料装备的设计和开发,使高质量、高效和低成本的油料装备的研制和制造成为了可能.基于CATIA把电子样机技术应用于新一代油料装备的研制,对油料装备电子样机建立的一般方法和基本流程进行研究,探索油料装备新的设计方法,避免了多次试制物理样机,大大节约了设计安装的成本,加速了研制进程.The Digital Moekup (DMU) technology, which makes the design and manufacture of oil equipment with high quality, high efficiency and low cost possible, can be applied for the design of oil equipment. This paper does some researches about how to use the DMU technology to design the new generation of oil equipment based on CATIA. Moreover, the general method and basic procedure for setting up DMU of oil equipment are also studied. The paper also explores the new method about the design ofoil equipment,which avoids repeated testing of physical sample and reduces the costs of design and installation. Furthermore, the new methods can speed up the course of reseach.
