活血疏肝汤加氢醌霜治疗气滞血瘀型黄褐斑45例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨活血疏肝汤治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效及作用机理。方法:80例患者随机分为治疗组45例与对照组35例,两组均用相同的外用药3%氢醌霜,治疗组口服中药活血疏肝汤,对照组口服维生素 C、维生素 E。观察两组临床疗效及治愈时间,并检测治疗前后性激素水平。结果:治疗组总有效率66.7%,明显优于对照组(P<0.01),治疗组治疗后雌二醇(E_2)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)水平明显改善,显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:活血疏肝汤具有调整脏腑功能、调节内分泌、稳定机体内环境、改善皮肤营养等作用。Objective：To explore the clinical therapeutic effect and the mechanism of Huoxue Shugan Decoction for treatment of chloama. Methods： 80 cases were randomly divided into a treatment group of 45 cases and a control group of 35 cases. They were all treated with external application of 3% Qingkunshuang. Oral administration of Huoxue Shugan Decoction was added to the treatment group and vitamin C and E were added to the control group. Their total therapeutic effects and time for curing were observed and level of hormones before and after treatment were detected. Results：The total effective rate was 66.7 % in the treatment group, significantly higher than that in the control group （P〈 0. 01）, and after treatment estradiol （E2）, follicule-stimulating hormone （FSH） and luteotropic hormone （LH） level remarkably improved, significantly superior to the control group （both P〈 0. 01）. Conclusion：Huoxue Shugan Decoction can regulate functions of the viscera and endocrine, stabilize internal environment and increase nutrition of the skin.
