摘 要:研究了有机染料活性艳红K-2G的电化学行为,建立了它的电化学分析方法.实验表明在0.1 m o l/L的N aC l(pH 6.9)底液中活性艳红K-2G有一稳定、灵敏的还原峰,Ep=-0.78V(vs.SCE),其峰电流与浓度在7.0×10-8m o l/L^1.0×10-4m o l/L范围内呈现良好的线性关系,检出限为6.0×10-8m o l/L.精密度、标准回收率均满足定量分析的要求,可望用于该染料的定量分析.此外还研究了该染料还原电流的性质.在测定了反应的电子数为2,质子数为2的基础上,提出了电极反应机理.Electrochemical behavior of Reactive Brilliant Red K-2G was studied and a polarographic method for the determination of the dye was established. A stable and sensitive linear-sweep voltammetric peak was obtained at --0.78 V(vs. SCE) in NaCl (pH 6.9) buffer solution. The peak current was proportional to the concentration over the range of 7.0×10^-8 mol/L-1. 0× 10^-4 mol/L and the limit of detection is 6.0×10^-8 mol/L. This method was anticipated to use in Reactive Brilliant Red K-2G of the quantitative analysis. Moreover,the characteristic of the reduction peak current has been studied and the mechanism of electrode reaction was preliminary discussion.
