高清到标清DCT域视频转码的研究与实现

摘　　要：研究并给出了DCT域内视频转码中的运动补偿、图像下采样、运动矢量重估计、码率控制等关键算法,并在PC上实现了DCT域内高清到标清的快速转码。The algorithms of motion compensation, picture down sampling, motion vector re-estimation and rate control, which play an important role in video coding in the DCT domain, are studied and presented in this paper. The coding from HDTV to SDTV in the DCT domain has been implemented on the PC.
