摘　　要：在总结陕西草食畜牧业生产现状及面,临的挑战的基础上．通过对国内外草食畜牧业科技发展水平以及优势的分析,针对性地指出了该构想的基本思路、发展目标、重点方向和领域,进而就怎样实施陕西草食畜牧业科技创新工程提出了一系列对策措施。The paper summarizes the production state and facing challenge, emphasizes the Sci-Tech developing level and superiority of ruminants husbandry; the fundamental thinking, the developing objective, the key direction and field are pointed; moreover, a series of tactics and measures are presented on carrying out the innovation project of Ruminants Husbandry.
