关于优化农业学术期刊编辑流程的探讨

摘　　要：根据农业学术期刊办刊的特点与编辑规范提出了期刊编辑流程的优化方案,并针对农业学术期刊优化编辑流程后的一些问题进行探讨,提出加强编辑队伍建设,期刊责编轮换制,提高农业学术期刊编辑综合素质、实行主编实名制、重视期刊整体设计环节等建议。The paper puts forward the scheme to optimize the editing process of learned periodical publications and discuss on the post-editing issues of periodical publications in agricultural sciences. It also offers proposals for strengthening the editorial team, adopting post rotation of editor in chief and using the chief editor＇s real name to improve the quality of agricultural periodical publications.
