摘　　要：按Ｍ．Ｐ．诺顿的理论，以重庆市卷烟市场发电机房的噪声治理为例，论述了非紧密适配形式的声学封包的设计、性能评价中的有关问题。According to M. P. Norton's theoty,taking the suppression of noise in the power station of Chongqing cigarette market as an example the concerned problems in the design and evaluation of the performance of the acoustic endosure, Which is in non-closed fiting form, are discussed.
