内衬软木复合材料硬度对织物起毛起球的影响

摘　　要：文章通过改变滚箱式起球仪箱体内软木复合材料(即软木/橡胶复合材料)的硬度(40、60、80邵),测试了棉针织物、羊毛针织物和羊绒针织物的起球性能,分析了软木复合材料对测试织物起毛起球性能的影响。实验结果表明:随着测试时间持续增加到120min,棉针织物的起球数由少变多再变少,而羊毛针织物和羊绒针织物的起球数目持续增加。当软木复合材料的硬度从40邵增加到80邵,棉针织物的起球数目增加很小,羊毛针织物的起球数目增加较多,而羊绒针织物的起球数随着软木复合材料硬度的增加而减少。This paper analyses the influence of hardness of the cork composite material to the test of fabric pill by changing the hardness （40HA,60HA, 80HA）of cork composite material （cork/rubber composite material） of the ICI pilling box tester in the test of the pill of cotton fabrics,wool fabrics and cashmere fabrics. With the increasing of testing time to 120 minutes,firstly more and more pills of the cotton fabric appear and then the number of pills reduces. But the number of the pills of the wool fabric and cashmere fabric increases in the processing. When the hardness of cork composite material increases from 40HA to 80HA, the number of the pills of cotton fabric is hardly changed and the number of the pills of wool fabric is increasing a lot, on the contrary the number of the pills of the cashmere fabric reduces.
