摘　　要：介绍了在涂料印花浆中加入纳米二氧化硅对纯棉针织物印花的工艺,分析了纳米二氧化硅浓度、焙烘温度、焙烘时间对印染效果及印花牢度的影响,确定了最佳的印花工艺:纳米二氧化硅浓度为0.3%,焙烘温度为130℃,焙烘时间为4min。This paper introduces the printing technology of pure cotton knitted fabric using pigment with nano silicon dioxide, analyzes the influences of printing stencil mesh size, concentration of nano silicon dioxide, curing temperature and curing time on printing effect and color fastness, and determines the best printing technology as: concentration of nano silicon dioxide 0.3%, curing temperature130 ℃ and curing time 4 minutes.
