摘　　要：阐述了中小型企业变电所两级分布式微机监测管理系统的构成、配置以及系统总体方案的设计与管理程序系统功能，讨论了利用感应式电度表采集电度值的数据采集系统，说明了具体实现方法．Based on the specific conditions,a feasible overall scheme of the system is designed. A strict theoretical proof is made, so that it can realize the function of automatic monitoring and supervision.Real-time data acquisition for all sorts of signals in the substation are discussed,so are the management and processing between the master and slave substations.
