摘　　要：从情报理论的知识化发展趋势、发展特点、知识要素三方面阐明情报理论是一个以知识资源为核心、知识技术为内在支持、知识服务为外在目标的基础理论结构体系;认为以情报为研究对象的情报理论是一种基于知识之上,以知识为对象,以知识为中心的理论。The article analyzes the general features and the development trend of the information science. It demonstrates that information theory is a basic theoretical architecture which centers on the knowledge source, it is supported by the technology and aims at disseminating knowledge. Using the information as object, information theory is a knowledge-based theory and aims at centering on knowledge.
