摘　　要：讨论了药品专利竞争情报的作用,分析了国内外开展医药专利竞争情报研究的现状,介绍了国内外专业性药品专利竞争情报研究机构,探讨了药品专利竞争情报的发展趋势,并提出我国医药企业发展专利竞争情报研究的对策。This paper discussed the roles and contents of competitive intelligence of drug patents, analyzed the status quo of competitive intelligence research of drug patents at home and abroad, introduced the foreign and domestic institutions of competitive intelligence of drug patents, approached its development trends, and put to develop the competitive intelligence research in China.
