摘　　要：企业在实施信息化建设时,一个重要的合作伙伴是软件提供商,它直接提供企业信息化所需的制造类、管理类和通信类等各种软件系统,信息化软件系统可靠性和安全性大小是影响企业信息化成功与否的一个关键因素。基于建立软件提供商评价模型的基础上,运用改进的BP神经网络求解该模型。企业进行信息化建设时,可运用该模型选择和评价软件提供商,以提高信息化软件系统的性价比。While enterprises implementing informatization, software providers, a kind of important cooperative partners, offer such informatization software as manufacturing category software, management category software and communication category software etc. Whether El can be got successful or not is depended on the reliability and security of software. In view of setting up the appraising model of software providers, this article solves this model by the means of EBP neural network. When implementing informatization engineering, enterprises can choose and evaluate software providers with the aid of this model, and improve the ratio between the performance and the informatization software cost.
