摘　　要：Tcp-Peach算法针对卫星网中长时延和高误码率的特点,利用哑元设计了一种高效的TCP传输拥塞控制机制,文章对这种算法进行了改进,并且在NS上给予了实现,最后比较验证了它的性能。According to the characteristics of satellite network, the longer propagation delay and the higher bit-error rates, Tcp-Peach designs a more effective transmission and congestion control mechanism with dummy. At first, the algorithm is improved, then its implementation on NS is introduced, at last its performance is validated.
