摘　　要：介绍了一个基于网格环境、支持大分子显示的远程可视化系统GridMol。系统采用Browser-Server结构,客户端采用Java3D实现,服务器端使用面向对象方法实现了支持多种文件格式的数据处理,同时采用了特定的数据格式以减小网络数据传输。整个系统置于网格环境下,用户通过ChinaGrid的VisPortal进行访问。GridMol is a grid-based molecule visualization system. It uses the Browser-Server structure. Java3D is used for the Web side and the object-oriented method is adopted on the server side to support various data formats. This paper also introduces a well-designed data structure to reduce the net workload. The whole system is part of the SC VisGrid and can be accessed by the grid portal.
