摘　　要：通过对SVG标准的扩展,引入c#脚本和定制元件库的思想,实现了电网设备可视化和图形化知识库的智能建立,改变了传统的电网设备检修时完全依赖人工判断冲突设备及其手工录入数据的工作方式。还支持面向对象的二次开发,可以随意添加各行业的设备对象,同时还可以为对象添加自定义属性和事件处理函数,具有很强的定制性,支持c#脚本语言,支持动画和缩放,文件格式采用XML表示,同时也支持SVG图形文件格式。According to SVG standard and making extension and introducing C# script and the thought of customizing the components, establishing repository visually and graphic is realized. Graphic system, which uses Visual Stdio. Net, supports the second exploitation of OOB and adds all kinds of component objects arbitrarily. Moreover it can add some properties and functions which can be customized. The system supports the C# and zoom of pictures. The file format adopts XML and supports SVG format ect.
