摘　　要：介绍了当前普遍使用的机车轮心内孔横焊式立堆焊的方法及存在的问题,并将其从工艺装备、焊接过程、焊接规范、焊接质量和堆焊效率方面与内孔平堆焊的方法进行了比较,说明了两种方式各自的优点和缺点。This paper introduces the methods of horizontal-vertical hardfacing welding on locomotive wheel inner hole and its problems. Compares the welding equipment,process,parameters,quality and efficiency with horizontal hardfacing weldlng,and the advantages and disadvantages was discussed.
