摘　　要：分析了手工空冷式CO2焊枪用于自动堆焊时存在的主要问题,设计出一种用空气冷却的、适于大电流堆焊的焊枪。试验和使用结果表明,当焊枪的鹅颈管长度大于260mm时,在大电流的情况下,可以连续焊接1.5h以上,而焊枪不会被烧坏。This paper analyses the main problems of welding tomb used in automatic CO2 welding and the reasons of these problems. Aimming at these reasons and the structure of welding torch,a new welding torch being with air cooling and suitable for high current was designed.The destructive experiment and the practice usage demonstrates that when the length of gooseneak of the new designed torch is greater than 260 mm ,the welding torch is able to weld in succession for 1.5 hours without damage.
