银杏叶提取物对大鼠马兜铃酸肾病纤维化相关免疫组化指标的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨马兜铃酸肾病发病机制,观察银杏叶对其防治作用。方法:关木通组单纯给予关木通水煎剂(10只),空白对照组给予饮用水(5只)、银杏叶治疗组给予关木通水煎剂及银杏叶混悬液(10只),均灌胃12周,观察12周时肾组织转化生长因子(TGF-β_1)、结缔组织生长因子(CTGF)、纤维连结蛋白(FN)表达。结果:12周时关木通组比对照组、银杏叶治疗组尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)明显升高(P<0.05);肾脏病理显示银杏叶治疗组较关木通组肾损害明显减轻;测定TGF-β_1、CTGF、FN光密度关木通组明显高于对照组、银杏叶治疗组(P<0.05)。结论:银杏叶在防治马兜铃酸肾病纤维化有一定的作用。Objective：To illustrate aristolochic acid nephropathy associated mechanism and observe the folium ginkgo preventive and cural effection on the fibrosis of aristolochic acid nephropathy. Methods-The rat model of aristolochic acid nephropathy was received by gastric tube with caulis aristolochiae manshuriensis. Ten rats＇ models were named the non - therapy group. 5 rats of the control group were given water. 10 rats＇ models in the therapy group received by influence of caulcis aristolochiae manshuriensis and folium ginkgo, Renal histology analysis was rerealed. BUN, Serum creatinine, The optical densit of TGF - β1 ,CTGF and FN were observed respectively after twelve weeks, Results： Compared with the rats in therapy and control groups, non - therapy group was significantly lower in the hemoglobin and weight and higher in urinary protein excretion, Renal failure guidelines such as BUN and Serum creatinine in non - therapy group were significantly higher than others, renal histology failure in therapy group was obviously less serious than non - therapy group. The optical densit of TGF - β1 ,CTGF and FN with immunohistochemical in non - therapy group was significantly higher than others. Conclusion： the results indicate that folium ginkgo can prevent and cure the fibrosis of aristolochic acid nephropathy by caulis aristolochiae manshuriensis.
