阻垢剂的合成与性能研究

摘　　要：以马来酸酐、丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸甲酯为单体,水为溶剂,过氧化二苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂合成一种白色丝状固体共聚物阻垢剂.主要研究该阻垢剂对含CaCO3模拟水的阻垢效果,分析了阻垢率与阻垢剂用量、pH、Ca2+浓度、碱度、恒温温度以及恒温时间之间的关系及不同温度下的钙容忍度的变化量.结果表明:在pH=6,Ca2+的浓度(CaCO3)或碱度(HCO3-)的浓度为250 mg/L,在80℃的温度下恒温10h,阻垢剂用量为8 mg/L时,阻垢率高达96%,而在80℃的温度下,钙容忍度可达到800mg/L.该阻垢剂是一种性能优良的水处理阻垢剂,可广泛应用于各类循环冷却水处理.A new algorithm based on the strategy of equal-risk,is presented in the present paper. The algorithm adopts strategy of step-by-step adjustment, and especially considering the smallest exchange fee, utilize the non-risk bank investment to do corresponding adjustments. At last the relationship between the lowest risk and the corresponding highest profit has been found. The algorithm overcomes the problem that the result is sensitive to the scale of investment,so it is a universal algorithm not relative to the scale of investment. The numerical results of the study suggest that the algorithm is very effective.
