摘　　要：召开地方各界人民代表会议是新中国成立初期的重大政权建设。从1949年冬至1953年春,内蒙古各地普遍召开了各界人民代表会议,并取得了巨大成就。各界人民代表会议的成功实践,对于建国初期内蒙古地区的革命工作和各项建设事业的发展,都发挥了非常重要的作用。Holding the local people＇s representative conference at all levels is a great practice to build power at the initial stage of the founding of New China. All levels of people＇s representative conference were held throughout Inner Mongolia region from the winter in 1949 to the spring in 1953 with prominent achievement. The successful practice of the people＇s representative conference at all levels has played a very important role in the work and development in the construction of Inner Mongolia region at the initial stage of the founding of New China.
