摘 要:目的了解临床分离的铜绿假单胞菌的耐药性及变化趋势.方法对2000年~2004年分离出的1 405株铜绿假单胞菌选用16种抗生素采用Kirby-Bauer纸片扩散法进行药敏试验,按美国临床实验室标准化委员会(NCCLS)标准判断.结果铜绿假单胞菌最敏感的抗生素为美罗培南(总耐药率为15.3%),抗菌作用最差的抗生素为头孢曲松(总耐药率为64.1%).铜绿假单胞菌对抗生素的耐药性呈逐年上升的变化趋势.结论加强耐药性监测,合理应用抗菌药物十分重要.Objective To explore the antibiotic resistance and its changing trend of Pseudomonas aeruginosa (P. aeruginosa). Methods Drug-resistance test with 16 kinds of common antibiotics of 1 405 strains of P. aeruginosa was performed by Kirby-Bauer method. The drug sensitive experiment was based on the standard of the National Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standards (NCCLS) from 2000 to 2004. Results Meropenem was of the strongest activity against P. aeruginosa with the total drug-resistance rate of 15.3%, ceftriaxone was of the weakest with the total drug-resistance of 64.1%. The drug-resistance rate of PA was increasing year by year. Conclusions It is very important to select antibiotics correctly according to the results of susceptibility tests.
