摘  要:通过化学改性,硅烷偶联剂(A858)与纳米SiO2表面的羟基发生反应,得到亲油性纳米SiO2,提高了SiO2与涂料的相容性。原子力显微镜(AFM)测试结果表明,SiO2粒子的平均尺寸约为50 nm,分散均匀。在机械搅拌和超声场共同作用下,将纳米SiO2加入到油漆中,制备了纳米SiO2复合漆。浸泡腐蚀实验、阳极极化及交流阻抗(EIS)测试结果表明,纳米SiO2改善了油漆在NaCl水溶液中耐蚀性,SiO2质量分数为0.91%时,复合涂料的耐蚀性最佳。Through chemical modification, silane coupling agent (A858) reacted with the hydroxide radical on the surface of nano-SiO2 to form hydrophobic nano-SiO2, and its compatibility with coatings was improved. The AFM image showed that the particle size of SiO2 was about 50 nm and SiO2 particles were dispersed uniformly. In the ultrasonic field, modified SiO2 was dispersed in lacquer, and then nanometer SiO2 composite coating was prepared by mechanical agitation. Immersion corrosion measurement, anodic polarization and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) were used to study the anti-corrosion behavior of nanocomposite coating. The results showed that the anti-corrosion performance of composite coating in NaC1 solution was improved, and the composite coating with 0. 91% nanometer SiO2 had the best corrosion resistance.
