摘  要:介绍了安阳钢铁公司第二轧钢厂轧机主传动冲击性负载的特点和电网状况,针对这种冲击负载的滤波任务,设计了独特的TSC(晶闸管投切电容器组)动态无功补偿及谐波滤波装置。通过测量装置投切前后的数据,显示出TSC装置运行快速、稳定,补偿和滤波效果良好。Characteristics of surge load of main rolling mill in the Second Steel Rolling Works of Anyang Iron and Steel Company and the condition of local electric power system are introduced. A particular TSC (Thyristor Switched Capacitor) dynamic reactive-power compensation and harmonic filtering device was designed to filter harmonic caused by surge load. The data measured before and after using this device showed that operation of TSC device was fast and stable, and effect of compensation and filtering was good.
