摘　　要：综合分析高强度预应力钢绞线盘条的质量控制因素,讨论82B钢的化学成分、轧后控冷工艺对盘条强度的影响,以及夹杂物和碳偏析对盘条面缩率的影响;研究造成82B盘条冷加工断裂的主要原因,重点阐述高碳钢连铸小方坯中心碳偏析和夹杂物的控制措施。Quality control factors of wire rod for high strength PC steel stranded wire are analyzed synthetically. Effects of chemical composition and control-cooling process after rolling of 82B wire rod on strength, the influences of inclusions and carbon segregation on the reduction of area of 82B wire rod are discussed. The main causes for bringing about cold drawing fracture of 82B wire rod are investigated. The control measures of center carbon segregation and inclusions of high carbon steel casting billets are introduced mainly.
