摘　　要：探讨预应力钢棒用盘条的化学成分、力学性能以及生产工艺.30MnSi盘条碳的质量分数平均相差0.03%,锰的相差0.04%,平均面缩率达53%.钢棒抗拉强度达1480～1 550MPa,延伸率为10%,组织为回火索氏体和少量铁素体.To probe into chemical composition, mechanics property and production process of wire rod for PC steel bar. Average discrepancy of C mass fraction of 30MnSi wire rod is 0.03 percent, average discrepancy of Mn massfraction is 0.04 percent and average reduction of area is up to 53 percent. The tensile strength of steel bar is up to 1 480 - 1 550 MPa, elongation is 10 percent and microstructure is temper sorbite and a little ferrite.
