摘  要:研究高碳钢中化学成分偏析现象,采用化学分析、红外碳硫仪分析、光谱分析等方法,对浇铸过程不同时间试样、样品同一层面的不同点、同一样品不同层面的化学成分进行测量,对各种方法的测试结果进行比较分析,结果表明,Mn,S i,S,P元素分布基本稳定,C元素分布易波动。对取样条件、试样制备、测量方法进行探讨,指出高碳钢化学分析的控制要点。To research the chemical composition segregation phenomenon of high carbon steel. By means of chemical analysis, infrared C-S-instrument and spectrum analysis, the chemical compositions of different time samples in casting, different spots at the same layer of a sample and the different layer of the same sample are measured. The measure results with different methods are compared and analyzed, and the results indicate that the distributions of Mn, Si, S and P elements are stable basically, the distribution of C element is prone to fluctuation. The sampling conditions, sample preparation and measure methods are discussed and the control points of chemical analysis of high carbon are pointed out.
