摘  要:探讨中华绒螯蟹大眼幼体经55.244 mGy的低剂量中子刺激后,体内生化指标的变化及体重增长动态。结果表明,扣蟹处理与对照(未进行低剂量中子刺激)相比,巯基(-SH含量)、谷胱甘肽含量(G-SH)、蛋白含量和羟脯氨酸(Hyp)含量均极显著提高(P<0.01);自由基和碱性磷酸酶(AKP)含量则极显著下降(P<0.01),蟹壳颜色较深;幼蟹体重亦明显增加。表明低剂量中子刺激中华绒螯蟹大眼幼体,对培育大规格扣蟹具有显著作用。The variation in biochemical index and the increase trend of weight of China down chelas crab treated by 55.244 mGy feebleness-dose neutron were investigated. The results indicated that, compared with contrast ( not stimulated by feebleness-dose neutron), the contents of some biochemical indexes in treated crab, such as -SH group, albumen, Pro, Hyp and so on, increased significantly ( P 〈 0. 01 ) ; the decrements of free radical and alkaline phosphoric acid enzyme (AKP) were significant (P 〈 0. 01 ) too; crab's shell color was relatively dark; young crab's weight also obviously increased, it is indicated that it is acting evidently to use feebleness-dose neutron to stimulate Eriocheir sinensis megalopa and breed big crab.
