基于企业家人力资本的民营企业初创规模分析——对我国民营上市公司的实证研究

摘　　要：企业的初始规模是影响新创企业存活和成长的因素之一,是迫切需要研究的问题。本文以国外相关研究成果为基础,结合我国民营企业的特点提出了三个假说,并以中国民营上市公司为样本,首次通过实证研究剖析了企业家人力资本与公司初创规模的相关关系,结果显示:创业企业家团队的规模和企业家年龄对公司初创规模有正面影响,但企业家的受教育程度对公司初始规模没有显著影响。Based on the information data of Chinese private listed company, this paper analyzes the correlation between the entrepreneurs＂ human capital and the start-up size of Private enterprises. The result of empirical test shows that the specific component of human capital associated with age and the scale of entrepreneur group team is found to have a greater positive impact on the initial firm size , but company＇s initial scale and the educational background of entrepreneur have positive influence.
