美国“双赤字”及其对中国经济的影响分析

摘　　要：近年来,美国财政与贸易同时出现了巨额的赤字现象。作为世界经济的引擎,美国的双赤字政策必然会对世界其他地区的经济产生影响。作为美国的重要贸易伙伴,中美之间紧密的经济往来注定了中国经济必将受到美国“双赤字”的影响。本文分析了美国“双赤字”通过利率效应、汇率效应以及利率汇率综合效应对中国经济的不利影响,并在此基础上提出了相关政策建议。In recently years, there appeared double huge deficits in finance and trade in USA. As the engine of the world economy, double deficits in USA will be bound to have influence on the other economy entities. The intimate communications between the People＇s Republic of China and USA, as USA being the important trade partner, will influence on Chinese economy. This paper tries to analyze the disadvantage influence on Chinese economy by studying the American double deficits via interest effect, exchange rate effect and synergy effect of interest and exchange rate. Then based on the previous analysis, some corresponding propositions are given.
