对组建延边农村合作组织的几点思考

摘　　要：组建延边地区农村合作组织,是从根本上解决“三农”问题的需要。在党委和政府的统一指导下,要提高广大干部和群众对农村合作组织的认识,组建并规范延边地区农村合作组织,试点先行,逐步推广。The construction of the rural cooperative organization in Yanbian is the key to resolve the issues of the farmers, the rural area and the agriculture. The authors argue that the importance of the organization should be paid special attention with the guidance of the local CPC committees and governments; besides, some pilot organizations should be set up and then the experience drawn should be disseminated.
