摘　　要：随着我国经济的发展和城乡经济发展不均衡的扩大,城市外来人口日趋增多,随之而来的是外来人口犯罪问题日趋严重。通过对目前城市外来人口犯罪特点和原因的分析,可以寻求有效地控制和减少外来人口犯罪的对策。Because of the influences both from history and reality, the economic development in various areas of China is not balanced, and more and more people without citizenship pour into the city. And these people make up a major part in the population of city crime. By analysing the characteristic and reason of the city crime committed by this special group, this paper intends to explore some reasonable suggestions safeguarding the stableness and development of our society.
