摘　　要：目的通过对法定传染病疫情的网上发布进行调查,为进一步做好这项工作提供依据。方法用google和百度搜索并浏览卫尘部和内陆31个省市(自治区、直辖市)法定传染病疫情网上发布的现状,分析存在的问题。结果32家卫生行政机构中开展网上发布传染病疫情工作的有9家,发布信息量在8篇以上的只有5家。结论省级卫生行政机构应加深对传染病疫情发布的认识,加大网站的资金和人员投入。[ Objective] To investigate the epidemic situation of legal infectious diseases released on line and provide basis for further work. [Methods] The epidemic situation of infectious diseases in 31 provinces and cities were browsed through Google and Baidu on line; the problems were analyzed. [Results] Only 9 hygienic units among the 32 investigated units released the epidemic situation through intemet, among which only 5 units released more than 8 articles. [ Conclusion] Cognition of epidemic situation release should be enhanced among the provincial hygienic units; more investment should be put into intemet.
