深圳市地铁空气微生物检测结果分析

摘　　要：目的了解深圳市地铁空气中微生物污染情况,为治理地铁环境污染提供科学依据。方法以随机抽样的方式抽取地铁空气样品,参照中华人民共和国《公共场所卫生标准检验方法》2001-01-01版《室内空气溶血性链球菌卫生标准》2001-01-01版中的检验方法进行检验。结果检测样品9 460份,细菌总数检出率99.2%,霉菌总数检出率100%,检出溶血性链球菌11份。结论深圳市地铁空气受微生物污染情况比较严重,建议尽快制定措施,加强地铁环境和空气监测。[ Objective] To learn the contamination situation of microorganisms in the air of Shenzhen metro and provide scientific basis for handling the contamination problems. [ Methods ] Air samples were randomly collected from Shenzhen metro and detected according to 2001 - 01 - 01 edition of “Hygienic Standard for Hemolytic Streptococcus in Indoor Air”. [ Results] The total detection rate of bacteria amongthe 9 460 samples was 99.2%; that of mycete was 100%; 11 hemolytic streptococcus were detected. [Condusion] The contamination in the air of Shenzhen metro is very serious; effective measures should be taken to strengthen the surveillance of air quality.
