摘 要:介绍了氨基磺酸系高性能减水剂的合成方法及生产应用。对反应温度、投料顺序和速度、溶液的酸碱度等条件进行控制,并以工业产品进行水泥净浆流动度与其经时变化的实验,以及与萘系高效减水剂复配实验。结果表明:氨基磺酸系高性能减水剂除具有很高的分散性(减水率高达30%),还具有良好的保塑性能;和萘系高效减水剂复配效果好,能够解决其泌水的问题。This text has introduced the synthetic method of the high performance water reducing agent of amino sulfonic acid and production application. By controlling the react temperature, invest material orders and speed, acid alkali degree of solution, etc. industrial products cement nets flow degree and high efficient water reducing agent testing with the naphthalene are conducted. The result shows that the amino sulfonic acid is the high performance water reducing agent with very high dispersiveness (water reducing rate is up to 30 % ) and goad performance of molding. Mixed with the naphthalene department effectually, it can solve the problem of secreting water.
