摘　　要：建立了在可变提前期下允许缺货和产品有损耗的最优化库存模型,提出了损耗率是随着提前期变化的规律。采用提前期的表达方法,并考虑了机会成本,运用最大最小算法,求得最优化订货数量、再订货点和提前期,达到库存总成本最小。Optimal inventory model with variable lead time, shortage and deteriorating items is discussed, the rule of deteriorating rate changing with lead time is taken. Thereby the expression method is adopted, while considering opportunity cost, We apply the minimax mixture of distributions free procedure, so that optimal order number, re-order point and lead time is attained, and as a result, the total cost of inventory is minimal.
