摘　　要：阐述了建设统一、综合的企业信息网络平台的必要条件,详细论述对网络技术的选用原则,提出搭建企业信息网络平台的规划思路.按照”统一规划、统一平台、统一管理”的原则,搭建企业信息网络平台.规划建设应根据”高起点、高标准、高集成”以及先进性和实用性相结合的指导思想.The author demonstrated the requirements for construction of a uniform and comprehensive enterprise information network platform and described the choice principle in details for cyber-technology so as to produce the programming idea for platform to be constructed. In line with the three standards （uniform outline, platform and management）, the platform of cyber should be developed and the construction should be programmed according to the principles （good starting point,high standard, high integration） as well as practicability and advance.
