摘　　要：主要采用文献法、资料收集法,通过对短跑运动员的身体形态、身体素质以及身体机能等几个方面的调查和资料收集来获得相关的一些数据,以便选择那些将来能在短跑方面发展前途,能创造出优异的短跑运动成绩的青少年进行训练.Mainly by using methods of reading literature and collecting materials, on the basis of investigating athletes＇physique, body qualitiesand mechanism, the paper gels some relative dats, in order to select and train those teenage who have a bright future in the aspect of dash. and canmake excellent achievement in the dash.
