开心胶囊防治气虚血瘀证急性心肌梗死缺血再灌注损伤临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察开心胶囊对气虚血瘀证急性心肌梗死(AMI)缺血再灌注损伤的防治作用。方法将患者46例随机分为两组,均予溶栓和西医常规治疗,治疗组加服开心胶囊。结果治疗5d后,治疗组心血管事件发生率、室早或短阵室速、房早或短阵房速发生率明显低于对照组;在改善临床证候和左心室收缩功能及舒张功能方面治疗组亦明显优于对照组。结论开心胶囊具有防治气虚血瘀证急性AMI缺血再灌注损伤的作用。Objective:To observe the effects of Kaixin Capsule(开心胶囊 )on for ischem ical reperfusion injury after AMI,the Syndrome of Blood Stasis Due to Deficiency of Qi in TCM.Methods:46 patients were divided randomly,24 in control group with routine treatment of WM only and the other 24 in treatment group with routine t reatment of WM and Kaixin Capsule.Results:After 5 days,the treatment group reduc ed more obviously than control group in the cardiovascular affair event,the vent ricular premature beat,the ventricular tachycardia,the atrial premature beats an d the partial atrial tachycardia,and the treatment group was also better in eas e clinical symptoms,improve left ventricular systolic and diastolic function.Con clusion:Kaixin Capsule is effect on treatment ischemical reperfusion injury afte r AMI,the Syndrome of Blood Stasis Due to Deficiency of Qi in TCM.
