清热化瘀方对内毒素血症家兔细胞因子的影响

摘　　要：目的观察清热化瘀方(生石膏、知母、赤芍)对家兔内毒素血症细胞因子的影响。方法采用大肠杆菌内毒素于家兔耳缘静脉注射造成内毒素血症家兔模型,观察模型组与清热化瘀方组病理学及细胞因子(TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8)水平的改善。结果模型组光镜下肺脏有微血栓存在,且模型组家兔血浆TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平均较正常组升高,升高水平与脏器组织的损害程度一致;与模型组相比,清热化瘀方组脏器病变最轻微,且未见微血栓形成,血浆TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平明显降低。结论清热化瘀方能阻断微血栓的形成,其机理可能与TNF-α所导致的炎症级联反应(TNF-α→IL-6→IL-8)及微血栓形成的病理损害有拮抗作用有关。Objective:To explore the mechanism of QHR(main ingredients:Gypsum,Anemarrhema Asphodeloides Bge,Paeonia Lactiflora Pall)from cell factor level in treatment o f endotoxemia.Methods:Endotoxemia model was induced by colibacillary endotoxin v ia auricular intravenous injection in rabbits.The change on pathomorphology and cell factor in the model and QHR were observed.Results:The existence of microthr ombus in the lung via microscope in the model, TNF- α , IL- 6, and IL- 8 l evels increased markedly in model group compare with normal group,which were con firmed with obvious damage of tissue or organ damage.The result showed the inexi stence of microthrombus in the lung via microscope in the QHR,and TNF- α , IL - 6, and IL- 8 levels decreased markedly in QHR compare with model group.The microthrombus was stopped in QHR.Conclusion:The mechanism may be restrain certai n phase of inflammation cascade reaction (TNF- α  IL- 6 IL- 8).And it pe rhap repress microthrombus which was caused by excessive TNF- α .
