摘　　要：主要进展和成效:部门合作在救助对象的识别注册、项目宣传与发动方面发挥了重要作用。医疗救助机构有严格的准入机制和健全的管理制度,医疗救助内容和额度符合原方案设计,救助资金的管理日臻完善。主要问题:救助服务利用率低,成都市流动人口救助工作开展得不理想,信息管理系统需要完善。建议:采取综合措施提高救助服务利用率,调整项目区医疗救助资金的总额。Major progress and effect： cooperation among departments has played a critical role in identification and registry of targeted population and dissemination and initiation of the project.Strict admittance mechanism and right management system has been established.Medicaid contents and amount accords with the project designed initially and management of Medicaid fund became increasingly perfect.Major problems： the utilization of Medicaid services was lower, and Medicaid services for floating population in Chengdu was dissatisfactory and the information management system needs to be perfected.Recommendations： integrated measures should be implemented to improve the utilization of Medicaid services and adjust the total amount of Medicaid fund in different project regions.
