摘　　要：目的报道一种指甲缺损的修复方法及疗效。方法对17指指甲部分或完全缺损者应用趾甲皮瓣、半趾甲皮瓣、趾甲皮瓣进行修复。结果移植后的指甲全部成活,术后随访4～12个月(平均6个月),1例皮瓣稍显臃肿,予二期手术修整。余病例功能外形良好,指甲生长优良。结论应用趾甲皮瓣、半趾甲皮瓣、趾甲皮瓣是修复指甲缺损的较好方法。Objective To report a kind of repair method tor nail aefects and its effect.Methods We repaired 17 nails partly or totally defected by transplantation of the big toenail skin flap or half of the big toenail skin flap or the second toenail skin flap.Results All transplanted nails survived at 4- 12 （average 6） months. One flap was somewhat swelling and was repaired again, the rest were in good shape and function.Conclusion It is satisfactory to repair defected nails by transplanting the big toenail skin flap or half of the big toenail skin flap or the second toenail skin flap.
